Peer Review Process

Upon submission of a manuscript to the Quagga: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Biologi (Quagga: Journal of Education and Biology) the Editor-in-Chief will assess its suitability for publication. Manuscripts that do not align with the journal's focus and scope will be rejected outright without any external review. Potential manuscripts will be reviewed by external independent experts, and the Editor-in-Chief will make a decision based on their recommendations from among several possibilities: rejected, require major revision, need minor revision, or accepted. The final decision on publication will be made following a double-blind peer review, which will consider the articles' relevance and contribution to both theory and practical development. Both editors and external independent reviewers will provide feedback to the authors regarding the evaluation results.
