Empowering Woman Through Entrepreneurship and Financial Management Training in UMKM in Bogor City

Abstract

Women empowerment plays an important role in development in Bogor City. Women empowerment can be seen from the involvement of women in MSMEs. The purpose of this activity is to empower women in MSMEs through entrepreneurial spirit training and financial management. The method used in this activity is planning, namely conducting a pre-survey, implementation through training and evaluation by means of monitoring and mentoring. By collaborating with the Bogor City government, entrepreneurial spirit and financial management training can be implemented. Several other programs in an effort to empower women in Bogor City can also be implemented so that women in Bogor City become productive and the businesses can continue to grow and be sustainable.
