ABSTRAK

Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas 6 SDN Kedawon. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia melalui model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 6 SDN Kedawon tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Prosedur penelitian mengacu pada assessment of learning (penilaian hasil pembelajaran) dan juga assessment for learning (penilaian dalam pembelajaran), pada assessment for learning ini yang saya lakukan di kelas yaitu melakukan assessmen diagnostik non kognitif dengan menanyakan pengetahuan awal peserta didik terkait materi yang akan saya sampaikan. Sedangkan assessmen 0f learning dengan penilaian formatif sendiri dibagi menjadi beberapa penilaian yaitu kompetensi sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pada siklus I penggunaan model ceramah saja, hasil belajar dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 58,56%, kemudian meningkat pada siklus II penggunaan model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 79,99%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas 6 SD Negeri Kedawon tahun ajaran 2021/2022.

Improving Indonesian Language Learning Outcomes through a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Model for 6th Grade Students of Kedawon State Elementary School

ABSTRACT

The background of the problem in this class action research is the low learning outcomes of Indonesian language among grade 6 students of SDN Kedawon. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian language through Problem Based Learning learning model. This research used classroom action research. The research subjects were grade 6 students of SDN Kedawon in the school year 2021/2022, a total of 36 students. The research procedure refers to the assessment of learning (assessment of learning outcomes) and also assessment for learning (assessment in learning), in this assessment for learning what I do in class is to conduct a non-cognitive diagnostic assessment by asking students' prior knowledge related to the material I will teach. Meanwhile, assessment of learning with formative assessment itself is divided into several assessments, namely attitude, knowledge and skill competencies. Based on the results of the study, in cycle I of using the lecture model alone, learning outcomes with a percentage of completeness of 58.56%, then increased in cycle II using the problem-based learning model can improve learning outcomes with a percentage of completeness of 79.99%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian language students in grade 6 of SD Negeri Kedawon in the academic year 2021/2022.
