Berdasarkan pengamatan pada proses pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi teks persuasif kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Cilimus Kab. Kuningan. Tujuan penelitian ini meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Pelaksanaan perbaikan pembelajaran ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) terdiri dari 2 siklus, tahapan setiap siklus yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan penilaian. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Cilimus Kab. Kuningan berjumlah 35 siswa tahun ajaran 2023-2024. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar, dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal hanya 9% di siklus I persentase siswa kurang termotivasi, dan masih beberapa siswa yang kurang paham model pembelajaran PBL, maka perlu perbaikan dalam pembelajaran. meningkat 70% pada silus II. Berdasarkan hasil peneltian penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi teks persuasif.

ABSTRACT

Based on observations of the Indonesian language learning process, persuasive text material for class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Cilimus Kab. Kuningan. The aim of this research is to improve learning outcomes with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. The implementation of this learning improvement is Classroom Action Research (PTK) consisting of 2 cycles, the stages of each cycle are planning, implementation, observation and assessment. The research subjects were class VIII students of SMP Negeri 01 Kab. Kuningan has 35 students for the 2023-2024 academic year. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis. The results of the research show an increase in learning outcomes, with the percentage of classical learning completeness being only 9% in cycle I, the percentage of students who are less motivated, and there are still some students who do not understand the PBL learning model, so improvements in learning are needed. increased 70% in cycle II. Based on research results, the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve student learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects with persuasive text material.
